Gökçe Dağlı works as a management consultant in Adisa Danışmanlık İzmir office

She started her professional career in the textile industry and later held roles as a quality and project engineer in the automotive supply sector. She continued her journey in the automotive industry as a team leader in paint shop and quality management. Gökçe then transitioned into HR, where she applied her field and team management experience to corporate academy roles, focusing mainly on development consulting and other responsibilities.

Gökçe joined Adisa in 2020. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Anadolu University and speaks both English and Italian.

Her expertise includes organizational development management, HR systems, and the end-to-end structuring and operation of Corporate Academies. She continues to provide consulting services to clients across various industries.
