Barış works at Adisa Consulting Aegean Region İzmir Office. He joined Adisa in 2018, he focused on organizational design, hr systems and employee experience. Before Adisa, he gained experience in organization and process design, workforce optimization, hr systems design and implementation, hr business partnership, business valuation and performance management.

Barış graduated from Boğaziçi University department of Industrial Engineering and completed his master's degree in Management and Organization from Marmara University. He can speak English well. He has a Scrum Master Certificate.

Among his areas of expertise; organizational design, hr systems, employee experience and employee research. He continues to provide consultancy to companies in various sectors.
