Çağla works as a management consultant in the field of Employee Experience and Management at Adisa Danışmanlık’s headquarters in Istanbul. She joined Adisa in 2021.
Starting her career in the finance sector in 2005, she specialized in recruitment, career management, and talent management. Later, she continued working in Human Resources across various sectors, including international textile retail and electronics retail.
At Adisa, she provides services in training, consulting, and coaching across various industries. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and career management, performance management, compensation management, employee retention and succession planning practices, talent management, leadership/talent development programs, assessment center and competency-based interview applications, organizational development, and personalized development process work.
Çağla graduated with high honors from Yeditepe University’s Political Science and International Relations department and later from Yeditepe University’s MBA program. She also completed the Goodwill Coaching School and earned her certification.
She is a licensed user of the Talent Insights and NEO PI-R occupational personality inventories and is a practitioner of assessment and development centers.
She is fluent in English.
