Uğur works at Adisa Consulting Istanbul Head Office. He joined Adisa in 2017. Before Adisa, he worked in the household appliances sector, where he fulfilled two important roles: he worked in research and develeopment and also production engineering.

Uğur graduated from Kocaeli University, department of Mechanical Engineering and received  MBA degree from  Yeditepe University. He can speak English well.

Among his areas of expertise; organizational change and design, supply chain management, production management, field efficiency management, lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing (WCM), norm staff studies, process management, performance management, blue-collar job valuation, competence and career management, blue-collar manager development programs. He continues to provide consultancy and training to companies  in various sectors, including B2B and B2C.
