Seda works at Adisa Consulting Istanbul Headquarters. By joining Adisa in 2023, she focused on HR systems and organizational development.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration in 2012 and her graduate studies at Bahçeşehir University, Department of Human Resources Management in 2017. She continues her Management Information Systems license at Anadolu University.

She started her professional career as a Human Resources Representative between 2012-2016, worked in the fields of Recruitment, Wages and Benefits, and also served as a Human Resources Business Partner for the business families she was responsible for.

Before joining at Adisa, she worked in the fields of Recruitment, Training and Development as a Human Resources Specialist, and between 2019-2021, she was responsible for Salary, Benefits, Budget and Reporting as Human Resources Chief. After working in Organizational Development as the Human Resources Manager between 2021-2022, she worked as the Assistant Manager of Total Revenue Management in 2022.
