Özlem joined Adisa in 2020. Before Adisa, she worked automotive and industrial, energy, chemical, textile sector in Turkey's leading domestic / foreign companies, and has 25 years of expertise and management experience.

After graduating from Uludağ University Industrial Engineering Department in 1995, she completed her master's degree in Sakarya University in the field of Industrial Engineering. She completed a manager development program at Sabancı University. In addition to basic coaching training, she has team and executive coaching niche areas.
