Niyazi has been working at Adisa Danışmanlık’s Izmir office since 2021, bringing his expertise and experience to significantly contribute to the company’s strategic consultancy services. Before joining Adisa, he held managerial positions in the departments of education, organizational development, and HR business partnership for many years. In these roles, he led projects in corporate development, quality and management systems, improvement management, organizational design, and HR structuring, driving the shaping and execution of strategic decisions.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Niyazi’s career is his success in the areas of diversity and inclusion. He led a global working group, developing programs that allowed individuals from various cultures to work together harmoniously. Through these efforts, he made direct contributions to building inclusive cultures within companies that enhance employee engagement.
Niyazi has also been actively involved in the field of education, delivering seminars on "Total Quality Management," "Continuous Improvement," and "Management by Processes" at various universities and conferences. At Ege University in particular, he taught a course on "Strategic Leadership," contributing to the development of young leaders. Through these educational activities, he has had the opportunity to share his extensive knowledge with both professionals and students.
Niyazi graduated from the Textile Engineering Department at Ege University in 2003 and is proficient in English, capable of handling professional correspondence and delivering presentations in the language. His areas of expertise include human resources management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, talent management, change management, and HR analytics. He continues to make a difference by sharing his experience and knowledge in consultancy projects and at key industry events.
