Mehmet Ali works as a trainer and management consultant at Adisa Danışmanlık Aegean Region İzmir office. He joined Adisa in 2021 and focused on organizational transformation and blue collar management systems.

Mehmet Ali graduated from Ege University, Department of Textile Engineering, and then completed his Industrial Engineering education at Yaşar University.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience in the establishment and implementation of production systems in different sectors, the implementation of lean manufacturing practices, process design, workforce optimization, job evaluation and performance management, and ERP system design.

Among his areas of expertise include; lean manufacturing techniques, world-class manufacturing (WCM), and continuous improvement systems. He continues to provide consultancy services to clients in various sectors.
