Halil works as a management consultant in the field of Production/Efficiency/Field Operations at Adisa Danışmanlık Istanbul Headquarters. He joined Adisa in 2023.

Before Adisa, he held managerial/director positions in various fields such as business and strategy development, international investment partnerships, sales and marketing, and R&D in leading Holding groups and industrial companies.

Before Adisa, he held managerial / director positions in various fields such as Quality Control Engineer in meltblown, spunlace, PP and PET spunbond production processes, as a Leader in business/R&D/sales departments, and also as Marketing Manager. In many different projects, he contributed to the creation and integration of work flow charts of all processes within companies.

Halil graduated from Pamukkale University Textile Engineering Department in 2013.

His main areas of expertise include; productivity, production processes, lean manufacturing methodology, workforce planning, kaizen, teamwork, leadership in field operations, production target analysis-improvement-planning, performance in production teams.

He can speak English fluently.
