Banu works at Adisa Danışmanlık's Istanbul Headquarters. She joined Adisa in 2019, focusing on product development for data analytics, market research, and experience projects, especially for customer and employee target groups.

Since then, she has been leading transformation and restructuring projects, which include organizational development, process structuring, and establishing HR systems.

Banu graduated from the Statistics Department at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and earned her master's degrees in Statistics at Yıldız Technical University and in Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence at Istanbul Technical University. She is fluent in English.

Her areas of expertise include organizational design, HR systems, employee experience, employee research, customer experience, customer research, and data analysis. Banu continues to provide consultancy services to clients across various industries.
